Hope is a word every one holds onto, could be a child, teenager, adult or an elderly and it even could be an animal. It’s a very strong feeling which every person holds onto. So do the people on our projects. They all hope to see somebody’s smiling face visiting them.

Our participants come to their lives in the form of hope. It always feels like the world in a small nutshell i.e. our Green Lion house with people of different nations and cultures living under the same roof. The participants prepare themselves every morning and gear themselves up with the required project materials and head out.

This month all the projects were full with participants. The old Age men and women both had participants doing fun activities where they played different games with the elderly such as colouring, and crafting, exercises. And the Christmas was also in the air where the participants brought songs for them to practice and sing together. November 14th was the children’s day and all the participants celebrated it in the Green Lion School with the children of the school and the Outreach project. It was an fascinating day as the school children met the children of the outreach project.

The kindergarten and the Green Lion School are carrying out their syllabus, and the participants were proud of their achievements as they saw that the children have been learning more and knew much more than before. Our team at the animal shelter is doing a great job and they are ever busy helping and caring for the animals. All the participants went to the Outreach project, where whom the children explore more knowledge, making their skills in English stronger.

Our participants teach and help with all their hearts with children of different age groups. They prove that language cannot limit when you are passionate to do what’s worth it with all your heart. Everyone’s waiting for next month to arrive as the Christmas chills and thrills and will fill the environment with sweets and treats and fun!
