Week 1: Bangkok & Chiang Mai — Culture and Connection
Day 1 (Sunday) — Arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport and transfer to your hostel in Bangkok. Settle in, meet your new travel mates, and enjoy your first dinner together as you prepare for the adventure ahead.
Day 2 (Monday) — After breakfast and a welcome orientation, explore Bangkok’s iconic temples including Wat Pho and Wat Arun, discover vibrant Chinatown, enjoy street food, and finish with a group dinner before boarding the overnight train to Chiang Mai.
Day 3 (Tuesday) — Arrive in Chiang Mai and check in to your hostel. Spend the day exploring the charming old town, visit famous temples like Wat Chedi Luang and Wat Phra Singh, and wander through the bustling Sunday Walking Street Market before dinner.
Day 4 (Wednesday) — Start your day with a Muay Thai boxing lesson to learn Thailand’s national martial art, then relax in the afternoon before heading to Nar Moh Market in the evening for dinner and local street food.
Day 5 (Thursday) — Experience Thai Buddhism firsthand with an early morning offering to monks, followed by an introduction to Buddhism, a monk chat, and meditation practice. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon and evening at your own pace.
Day 6 (Friday) — Head into the jungle for a hill tribe trekking adventure, visiting local villages, learning about their customs, and participating in community activities. End the day with a bonfire dinner and overnight stay at a hill tribe homestay.
Day 7 (Saturday) — After breakfast at your homestay, continue trekking through the jungle, then enjoy a bamboo rafting trip and riverside lunch. Return to Chiang Mai in the afternoon to check in and unwind.
Day 8 (Sunday) — Enjoy a free day to relax, explore temples, or stroll local parks at your own pace. In the evening, visit Chiang Mai’s famous Sunday Night Market, try local delicacies, and shop for souvenirs.
Week 2: Chiang Mai — Community Engagement
Day 9 (Monday) — Begin your volunteer week by teaching English or supporting activities at your placement. Spend the afternoon preparing lessons and enjoy some free time in the evening.
Day 10 (Tuesday) — Continue your morning volunteering at the placement, work on lesson plans in the afternoon, and explore a local market in the evening.
Day 11 (Wednesday) — Volunteer during the day, finalize your lesson plans, and unwind in the evening however you choose.
Day 12 (Thursday) — Dedicate the day to your community placement, refine your activities in the afternoon, and relax in the evening.
Day 13 (Friday) — Spend your final morning volunteering, say goodbye to the children and staff, then head to the airport to fly to Phuket. Check into your hostel and enjoy a relaxing evening on the island.
Week 3: Southern Thailand — Island Hopping Adventure
Day 14 (Saturday) — Explore Phuket’s Old Town with its charming architecture, visit the impressive Big Buddha, relax on stunning beaches, and discover the lively atmosphere of a local night market in the evening.
Day 15 (Sunday) — Take a ferry to the Phi Phi Islands, check in to your hostel, and spend the day snorkeling, kayaking, and lounging on the islands’ beautiful beaches.
Day 16 (Monday) — Travel by longtail boat to Railay Beach, check in to your hostel, and spend the day swimming and snorkeling in this tropical paradise.
Day 17 (Tuesday) — Enjoy a completely free day on Phi Phi Islands to swim, sunbathe, join optional water sports, or indulge in a massage or spa treatment before watching a magical sunset.
Day 18 (Wednesday) — Visit Maya Bay on a boat tour, snorkel in the crystal-clear waters, relax on the beach, have lunch by the sea, and spend a chilled evening back at your hostel on Phi Phi Islands.
Day 19 (Thursday) — Depart for Surat Thani and continue on to Khao Sok National Park. Check into your floating bungalow, kayak on the lake, and enjoy the breathtaking scenery before a cozy evening.
Day 20 (Friday) — Explore a cave in Khao Sok National Park, swim or relax at your floating bungalow, and take in the natural beauty of this serene jungle setting.
Departure
Day 21 (Saturday) — After breakfast, check out of your floating bungalow and begin your journey to your next destination or home, taking with you unforgettable memories of Thailand.

The following are further necessary for the participants, local staff and everyones involved to have a meaningful, enjoyable and safe experience.
- Older participants or over 65 years are required to have a medical clearance as proof of their physical fitness as they may perform various activities.
- Participants below 18 years old need a signed parental consent as proof of involvement of their children for the program. If possible, accompaniment by an adult is highly advised.
- Due to the length and active nature of this program and as there are lots of outdoor activities under the heat of the sun, a decent level of fitness is required.
- Excellent time management and self-organizing and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
- You are advised to purchase travel and medical insurance prior to your arrival.
- Have completed or recommended the following vaccines: Polio, Hepatitis A, Diphtheria/Tetanus, Typhoid, Malaria, Hepatitis B, and Tuberculosis.
