I am Josh, I am 33 years old and live in England. I decided to volunteer at Greenway School as part of my tour of Asia this year as I love to volunteer and teach children! I am a teacher in England so it made sense to do the same whilst being a volunteer.

I have enjoyed my 2 months at Greenway. The children are smart, polite, and very enthusiastic. I will miss teaching them! The teachers were very supportive and I had adequate resources to carry out my teaching.

I loved my time living in Samrong. I especially enjoyed the markets, bike rides and talking with local people. There are no tourists in Samrong which allows you to really embed yourself in the culture.

I also got the chance to visit multiple temples whilst in Cambodia. I would recommend to anyone to visit Banteay Chmar which is beautiful and again has no tourists!

I hope to visit Greenway when I am next in Cambodia.
