My last weeks with The Green Lion were the best Iβve ever had. Itβs not even possible to put it into words.Β The introduction week was very interesting and helpful to get to know the culture. The coordinators and local people here are so lovely, open-minded, helpful, grateful and welcoming. They are putting a lot of effort into sharing their culture and traditions with us. A striking memory was for me joining the new moon ceremony. It was so amazing to see the community and getting in touch with religion and culture. It was an unforgettable feeling. Thank you so much!
It was a great pleasure to collect memories in the programs of kindergarten and teaching. The kids are so cute, lovely and motivated. It is very interesting to see how different the education here is. It makes me happy to see when the kids are having a lot of fun.
On the weekends we can go on trips. Every time I went on a trip I missed the Center though, because this is home.
The most precious thing about my time here is the friends I made and the people I met. It was a pleasure meeting so many international friends and exchanging our cultures. Furthermore, I enjoyed the time with coordinators sooooo much. They are all my family β€οΈ I loved talking to them and learning about their culture and daily life. When I had a problem, there was always someone to help me and care about me. Not only the coordinators made me feel so welcome but also the kitchen and cleaning staff and the drivers. I love to see that the people here are like a big community. You never feel lonely. On top of that, I learned what it means to be grateful in life. My time in here provided me definitely with a different view on life and I will always carry it in my heart.
Thank you so much for these unforgettable, adventurous and amazing weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
