Being a first-time international volunteer, I was uncertain of what the outcome of my endeavor was going to entail. From the moment I was picked up at the airport to the time I departed, I was taken care of with such compassion & kindness from each individual I encountered. I was treated like family yet was provided with enough independence to fully embrace this journey on my own.

The education & knowledge I obtained went beyond expectations throughout my duration in Sri Lanka. This all comes with a high recommendation for others to partake in volunteering at the Sea Turtle Conservation as well as taking the time to explore their wonderful country.
